Sagebrush is a shrub native to California and has been used for centuries to alleviate pain in muscles and joints. I foraged mine and made a tincture using 70% rubbing alcohol, which evaporates quickly leaving the herbal medicine to penetrate the skin. Apply to areas that hurt!
